Event Ticketing & Refund Policy

1. Ticket Sales & General Policy All ticket sales for Soul Fly Co. events are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to this strict no-refund policy. Tickets represent consideration for the Company securing venue capacity, booking talent, and refusing other potential attendees.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel issues.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the event ("No-Show") results in the forfeiture of your ticket cost. No credits will be issued for future events.
  • Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to the event, subject to the terms of our specific ticketing platform. It is the buyer's responsibility to manage any authorized transfers.

3. Cancellation or Alteration by Company (Force Majeure) The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter any event, venue, or lineup due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, venue emergencies, artist cancellations, or acts of God (Force Majeure).

  • Lineup Changes: Live music lineups and scheduled activations are subject to change without notice. The alteration of a lineup or the absence of a specific artist/vendor does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Weather Decisions: Our events are largely held at open-air venues. Events are strictly rain or shine unless severe weather poses an immediate safety threat, at the sole discretion of the Company and venue management.
  • Remedy: In the event of a total Company-initiated event cancellation (without a rescheduled date), the Client's sole remedy shall be a refund of the ticket face value or a credit toward a future event. The Company is not liable for incidental expenses incurred by the attendee, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or third-party fees.
